Josh Petty BSc (Hons) MCSP - Chartered Physiotherapist

Josh graduated from Cardiff University in 2013 with a First Class Honours degree. He started his career by completing various rotations in the NHS before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has spent time working at various rugby and football clubs offering pitch side management and rehabilitation. His special interest lies in managing lower limb pathologies and in particular, running related injuries.

Over the years he has developed his knowledge and understanding in this field and applies a patient centered approach in order to achieve your goals.

Josh is a keen sportsman and has a special interest in triathlons. He therefore understands the demands of training and importance of 'running free of injury'. He is also able to assess running biomechanics and provides feedback to help reduce pain and aid performance.

He also treats upper limb pathologies, muscle aches and pains, osteoarthritis, lower back/neck pain, post surgery and more. He believes 'knowledge is power' and aims to give his patients the correct education in order for them to be able to manage their condition.
